Groundbreaking of the new Logistics center of Aiko-Mömax
The furniture store group Aiko-Mömax starts the construction of a new logistics center in Industrial Zone Sofia-Bozhurishte with a total area of 18,822.6 sq.m. The investment exceeds BGN 17 million, and the site will be built in two stages in a period of three years.
A symbolic groundbreaking was made by Marian Dushkov - Manager of the Aiko-Mömax Group, Velyo Gochev - Logistics Manager of the group and Atanas Atanasov - representative of the contractor, Barage Group Ltd.
This marked the start of the first stage of construction - the construction of body A, which includes the administrative part, fire tanks and checkpoints. Its total build-up area is 9629.2 sq.m.
In the second stage, body B will be built, which is a one-storey building, intended for a warehouse with an area of 9193.4 sq.m. The total built-up area after completion of the two stages will be 18822.6 sq.m.
